Versatile Stuffed Pasta Shells

  If your like me, there is always a little bit of leftovers …when you make say, spaghetti , not a lot but enough that you don’t want to toss it. I take the meat sauce, cook it down till it thickens, add some veggies( sauteed diced onions and peppers) and your favorite cheese…. Put it into cooked shells, top with sauce and cheese, bake at 350 for 30 mins and serve.  You can do this with Taco meat,pulled pork , sausage…possibilities are endless and you may be surprised how much you can make from a small amount of Leftovers 🙂
